For 17 years I ran the rowing program at Kingston Football Club in Kingston. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Venesha: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
