Beatriz Tatiane Siqueira
Mentor in leadership and teaching
- 🇧🇷 Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
- Since 2010
- Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 610 people through Lotus Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Beatriz
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
