Winter coats and boots for 39 children at the Harmony Family Centre in Mannheim
Coats, boots, hats and gloves are needed before the rains.

I coordinate donations at the Harmony Family Centre in Mannheim. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Mannheim, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Harmony Family Centre on Sunday between 9am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Harmony Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Hang in there. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care.
Thanks for sharing this, Hans. I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Shubra so I could bring a meal
Thinking of you, Hans. Shared this with my family. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Blessings.
