I coordinate donations at Liberty Women's Shelter in Dwarka. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 2 to 14 years. If you're in Dwarka, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Liberty Women's Shelter on Friday between 11am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the Liberty Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Thank you so much.

  • Thanks for sharing this, Rajiv. Shared it with a few friends

    • Gave what I could, wish it was more. After 20 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.

      • Hope this works out for you. Wish I lived closer to Belo Horizonte so I could bring a meal

        • Praying for you, Rajiv. I hope things turn around soon. Thinking of Dwarka
