Winter coats and boots for 34 children at the Cedar Family Centre in San Francisco

I coordinate donations at the Cedar Family Centre in San Francisco. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in San Francisco, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Cedar Family Centre on Wednesday between 9am and 3pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Cedar Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Glad we found this place.
