Winter coats and boots for 21 children at Acacia Refugee Centre in Ottawa
Amelia is collecting new or gently used winter clothing for children at Acacia Refugee Centre in Ottawa.

I coordinate donations at Acacia Refugee Centre in Ottawa. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Ottawa, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Acacia Refugee Centre on Wednesday between 11am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Acacia Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
