I coordinate donations at Harmony Women's Shelter in Bangkok. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Bangkok, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Harmony Women's Shelter on Friday between 9am and 3pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the Harmony Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Glad we found this place.

  • Good luck. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Put this on a community board in Udaipur this morning!

    • Sending love, Lertchai. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 9 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.

      • I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Love from Machakos.

        • Wishing you peace, Lertchai. Shared this with my family. We're a small family in Lalitpur but we're thinking of you

              • Good luck. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Wish I lived closer to Thika so I could bring a meal.
