Wendy's final semester of an electrical engineering diploma in Leeds
Wendy has worked and saved for three years to study an electrical engineering diploma; a $2,500 gap now stands between her and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an electrical engineering diploma at Leeds State College, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a warehouse packer to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $2,500.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.8 average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Leeds State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $2,500 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $105
• Final term tuition: $2,200
• Textbooks and materials: $195

Hang in there, Wendy. Looking forward to the next update. My neighbor in Badagry donated after I showed her your page. Greetings from Badagry.
Take care, Wendy. Gave what I could, wish it was more!
Keep going, Wendy. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Blessings.
