Volunteer day: Free Bike Repair Day, Tlaquepaque
Our small team in Tlaquepaque is running the Free Bike Repair Day and needs volunteers for set-up, serving and clean-up.

Every year the Free Bike Repair Day brings together 195 neighbors in Tlaquepaque. I help organize it with 12 other volunteers, and this year our numbers are down.
We need people for set-up, serving, translation and clean-up. Shifts are four hours long and you can pick the one that suits you. Food and drinks are provided for all volunteers.
It's a family-friendly day, and our goal is to keep it free. No experience is necessary - we'll brief everyone at the start of the day.
If you can come with a friend, even better. Please say in the comments which shift works for you.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Thinking of you. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. My neighbor in Bandung donated after I showed her your page. God bless.
Rooting for you, Marcos. Hope you get there. Take care
Hope things get better soon, Marcos. Your post was clear and honest. After 18 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best
Great idea, hope you get there. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Praying for you, Marcos. Projects like this are what make a place worth living in.
