Help Sinan with a plumber's skills: a failed boiler with no heating
A plumber is needed to repair a failed boiler with no heating at the home of a family of 4.

In February an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $210 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $30.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Wishing you the best. Shared it with a few friends. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. God bless.
Thinking of you and your family, Sinan. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Love from Mandaue.
