Verónica needs a lift to the Greensboro Kidney Centre - can you help one day a week?

A rota of drivers to the Greensboro Kidney Centre would keep Verónica on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Verónica has been on dialysis for 1 years and until recently drove to the Greensboro Kidney Centre alone. After surgery on their hand, Verónica can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week. We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 31 km each way. Verónica is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food. Please say which day works for you in the comments. You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
