Prachi is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at Mumbai University, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $700. The registrar has said Prachi can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Prachi has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Prachi would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Prachi isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Mumbai University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $700 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $250 • Final term tuition: $430 • Exam and lab fees: $20 Thanks for reading all this. - Meet
