Vasanthi was diagnosed with endometriosis requiring surgery in June. The surgeon at Kota Orthopedic Institute recommended septoplasty, and She is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,650, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $1,150 short. my wife has been in and out of Kota Orthopedic Institute since June. The doctors say endometriosis requiring surgery will get worse without septoplasty. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,650 is more than we can find. While we wait, Vasanthi struggles with daily life and can't work a full shift. Her family has taken turns caring for her, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
