Valve repair surgery for Irfan: covering what insurance won't

In February I was diagnosed with severe cataracts in both eyes. My surgeon at Hyderabad General Hospital recommended valve repair surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for April. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $1,000, and after what the public health scheme will pay, I'm still $700 short. Doctors at Hyderabad General Hospital told me severe cataracts in both eyes will get worse without valve repair surgery.
