Breda
In March I was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. My oncology team at Breda University Hospital has planned 4 rounds of treatment, and the first starts in May. I was told to expect about 12 weeks away from work. I never imagined I'd be writing something like this. I'm 31, I worked as a bakery worker until March, and I have been the main earner for my household. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, transport to Breda University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income I have lost add up quickly. My family is doing everything they can, but we've already sold what we could and are borrowing for groceries. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $9,550 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $7,250 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $260 • Household costs while unable to work: $1,500 • Transport to Breda University Hospital: $540 Every share and every dollar helps.

Chemotherapy and medication not covered is $7,250 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Happy to explain more.
