Two weekends of roof repair for Orawan, a disabled veteran in Bang Khen
The roof at Orawan's home is failing; materials are donated and we need hands.

I'm a disabled veteran living in Bang Khen. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 2 places, and the living room is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $1,000, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the corrugated iron sheets and timber. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for three or four volunteers who can help over three weekday mornings.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is work boots and a hat. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Good luck. Shared this with my family. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Heliopolis.
Sending good thoughts, Orawan. Hope you get there.
I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Love from Udaipur.
Take care, Orawan. I hope things turn around soon. Blessings
