Rides to dialysis three times a week for Adewale in Ikeja
Could you drive Adewale to Ikeja Regional Medical Center on Tuesday? A rota of 5 drivers is forming.
🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria1,275 views
Adewale has been on dialysis for 4 years and until recently drove to Ikeja Regional Medical Center alone. After an eyesight problem, Adewale can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 13 km each way.
Adewale is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
I hope life is good to you.
