Santiago is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at Zapopan Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. The registrar has said Santiago can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Santiago has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
