Tuition fund for Nakato: a degree in civil engineering at Nairobi State College

Nakato is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in civil engineering at Nairobi State College, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600.
The registrar has said Nakato can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Nakato has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Nakato would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Nakato isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Nairobi State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $600 goes:
• Exam and lab fees: $50
• Textbooks and materials: $40
• Final term tuition: $510
