Keep the gas on at Daniela's home in São Paulo

The gas account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $250. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have. I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
