Tuition fund for Metin: a degree in civil engineering at the Konya Institute of Technology
Metin has worked and saved for five years to study a degree in civil engineering; a $1,250 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a degree in civil engineering at the Konya Institute of Technology, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $1,250.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a first-class average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Konya Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $1,250 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $380
• Final term tuition: $740
• Exam and lab fees: $45
• Textbooks and materials: $85
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

how is Metin doing now?
gave what I could, wish it was more. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.
