Tuition fund for Lâm: a law degree at the Hanoi Institute of Technology

Lâm is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at the Hanoi Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500. The registrar has said Lâm can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Lâm has a 3.8 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Lâm would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Lâm isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the the Hanoi Institute of Technology bursar's office.
