Help Mercy keep the Neighbors' Pantry pantry stocked
Help keep a free food pantry open for students and shift workers in Lagos.

Since 2020, our volunteer team has run Neighbors' Pantry every Sunday from the back of a borrowed garage. We started with 21 families, and now we feed 193 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 58% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 14 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Lagos market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
All of the funds go to groceries, fresh produce, and cold-storage costs.
Where the $300 goes:
• Baby formula and diapers: $40
• Refrigeration and electricity: $20
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $240
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Sending strength, Mercy. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Greetings from Medina.
Good luck. Hope the build day goes well, wish I lived closer. Love from Islamabad
stay strong. Shared it with a few friends. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Love from Tampa!
