Tuition fund for Joshua: a law degree at Iloilo City University

Joshua is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Iloilo City University, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750. The registrar has said Joshua can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Joshua has a 3.6 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Joshua would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Joshua isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
