Heinz is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a law degree at Hamburg State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,000. The registrar has said Heinz can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Heinz has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Heinz would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Heinz isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Hamburg State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $4,000 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $1,500 • Final term tuition: $1,900 • Exam and lab fees: $270 • Textbooks and materials: $330 I hope life is good to you.
