Standing with Dorin: stage 3 ovarian cancer treatment costs
10 rounds of treatment are planned at Timișoara Regional Medical Center; we are asking for help with the costs insurance does not cover.

Dorin was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in August. The oncology team at Timișoara Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Dorin is 46, worked as a taxi driver until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Timișoara Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $3,700 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,400
• Scans and lab work: $400
• Transport to Timișoara Regional Medical Center: $260
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $210
• Household costs while unable to work: $430
