Todd wants to stay at home - help fund eight months of care
Todd, 75, needs daily care to stay at home, and the family is raising $3,250 for a carer and medicines.

I'm caring for my father, who's 75. After the death of his spouse Todd can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Todd desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Todd worked all of his life as a seamstress, and raised 2 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for eight months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $3,250 goes:
• Part-time carer (eight months): $2,500
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $350
• Medication and prescriptions: $400
