I'm Theresa, 17, in my final year of high school. My parents work long hours and didn't go to university, so there's no one at home who can help me understand applications, deadlines or financial aid. I'd like to study architecture.
I have a distinction average, I volunteer at a food pantry and I have a draft of my personal statement. What I need is someone to read my essays, tell me honestly what's weak, and explain how scholarships work.
I'm looking for an hour a week until January. We can do it by video from anywhere. My mother will be at home during every call, and the school counselor knows about this request.
Thanks for reading. It took me a long time to ask.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

- 1 hour a week
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills

wishing you the best. It takes guts to ask. Well done. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
Take care. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. God bless
As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Please keep us posted. All the best
You're not alone. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't give up. Greetings from Nagpur
