Rubén needs a lift to the Bucaramanga Kidney Centre - can you help one day a week?

A rota of drivers to the Bucaramanga Kidney Centre would keep Rubén on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Rubén has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to the Bucaramanga Kidney Centre alone. After a minor stroke, Rubén can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week. We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 24 km each way. Rubén is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food. Please say which day works for you in the comments. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
