After a difficult divorce, Rosa has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at the Ann Arbor Counselling Collective cost $100 each.
Rosa has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Rosa could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Rosa, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
