Maple's a ruptured cruciate ligament: help with the vet bill

Maple is my three-legged dog of eleven years. On 5 December we rushed to Durgapur Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Maple, but the treatment can't wait beyond February.
Maple is more than a pet - Maple is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Durgapur Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $300 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $30
• Hospitalization (3 nights): $95
• Emergency surgery: $175
