Therapy fund for Idris: 16 sessions with a licensed counselor
Idris is working through a long hospital stay and needs help paying for 16 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After a long hospital stay, Idris has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at the Shubra Counselling Collective cost $15 each.
Idris has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Idris could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Idris, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
