The old Sycamore bus depot needs a sensory garden for children with autism - Mrunal's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a sensory garden for children with autism - we need $600 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a sensory garden for children with autism. This year a group of 12 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Sycamore bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $600.
It will serve about 350 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Materials: $490
• Permits and inspections: $20
• Safety equipment and signage: $30
• Tools hire and delivery: $60
