The old Harmony bus depot needs a youth football pitch - Uwe's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a youth football pitch - we need $3,300 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a youth football pitch. This year a group of 23 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Harmony bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated a pump, and the remaining cost is $3,300.
It will serve about 153 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $3,300 goes:
• Materials: $2,600
• Permits and inspections: $280
• Safety equipment and signage: $120
• Tools hire and delivery: $300
