Tenant-rights advice for Saima in Islamabad: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Islamabad Capital Territory: a no-fault termination.
🇵🇰 Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan907 views
My landlord in Islamabad has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Islamabad Capital Territory could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Islamabad Capital Territory would also be appreciated.
Glad we found this place.

Sending good thoughts, Saima. I hope things turn around soon. Take care
thinking of you. It takes guts to ask. Well done. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best
sending good thoughts. Hope you get there. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Islamabad.
so sorry you're going through this, Saima. This could happen to any of us. Love from Kaduna.
