Tenant-rights advice for Regina in Madrid: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Madrid: a no-fault termination.
Anywhere in the world767 views
My landlord in Madrid has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Madrid could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Madrid would also be appreciated.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
