Tenant-rights advice for Haris in Islamabad: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Islamabad Capital Territory: a no-fault termination.
🇵🇰 Pakistan737 views
My landlord in Islamabad has given me a no-fault termination. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Islamabad Capital Territory could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Islamabad Capital Territory would also be appreciated.
Glad we found this place.

Hope you get there. Greetings from Zaporizhzhia.
keep going. Shared this with my family. I hope August is when things finally get easier.
You're not alone, Haris. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best.
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I have a 8 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Thinking of Islamabad
Hope it all works out, Haris. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. All the best.
