Tenant-rights advice for Eka in Jakarta: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in DKI Jakarta: repeated entry without notice.
Anywhere in the world1,193 views
My landlord in Jakarta has given me repeated entry without notice. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in DKI Jakarta could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in DKI Jakarta would also be appreciated.
Thank you for reading my story.

it takes guts to ask. Well done. We're a small family in Nashik but we're thinking of you
Take care, Eka. Gave what I could, wish it was more. God bless.
Good luck, Eka. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
