Tenant-rights advice for Arthit in Khon Kaen: a short consultation
Looking for housing-law advice in Khon Kaen: a withheld security deposit.

My landlord in Khon Kaen has given me a withheld security deposit. I've read what I can online, but the rules are confusing and different sources contradict each other.
I'm hoping that someone with experience in housing or tenant rights in Khon Kaen could spare 20-30 minutes to explain the process, the deadlines and the documents I should collect.
I have my lease, all communications and photos organized. I'm happy to share them privately. I can't pay for a lawyer, so any guidance on free services in Khon Kaen would also be appreciated.

Good luck, Arthit. Shared it with a few friends. Love from Ribeirão Preto.
Hope things get better soon, Arthit. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend.
So sorry you're going through this, Arthit. Shared this with my family.
Rooting for you. Looking forward to the next update. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day
