Electricity and water shut-off notice: help Masaru pay $850
Masaru is behind on electricity and water bills after losing my job in May and needs $850 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. Masaru received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $850 is paid. He had never been late before losing my job in May.
Masaru called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Masaru is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Masaru's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
