Help Saad afford 20 counseling sessions
After the miscarriage, Saad has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $155.

After the miscarriage, Saad has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Lahore cost $15 each.
Saad has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Saad could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Saad, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
