Surgery fund for Hala: cataract surgery in Medina

In July I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee. My surgeon at Medina Regional Medical Center recommended cataract surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for October. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $4,650, and after what my insurance will pay, I'm still $3,700 short.
