Therapy fund for Hridoy: 12 sessions with a licensed counselor
After years of caregiving, Hridoy has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $250.

After years of caregiving, Hridoy has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Cox's Bazar Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Hridoy has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Hridoy could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Hridoy, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
