Fighting kidney cancer: help Myra afford treatment in Mumbai
Myra is facing kidney cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Myra was diagnosed with kidney cancer in August. The oncology team at Mumbai University Hospital has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Myra is 42, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Mumbai University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $660
• Scans and lab work: $100
• Transport to Mumbai University Hospital: $125
