Hailey lost her sister suddenly and the family can't cover funeral and burial costs of $5,200.

Adalynn, my sister, passed away on 18 February after a short illness. She was 39 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $5,200 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 2 March.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Adalynn to have a dignified farewell.

The funds will be paid directly to the funeral home, and I'll share the receipt.

• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,900
• Transport of the deceased: $500
