Start-up fund for Wahyu: reopening a phone repair counter after the demolition of the market
Wahyu lost a soldering station and testing tools to the demolition of the market and needs $500 to reopen a phone repair counter and support the family.

For nine years I have run a phone repair counter in Jakarta Selatan. In July, the demolition of the market took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Sunday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 5 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $500 goes:
• Replacing a soldering station and testing tools: $260
• Initial stock: replacement parts: $85
• Shop repairs and licensing: $60
• Working capital for the first month: $95
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Good luck. Small businesses are the heart of Jakarta Selatan. Hope you're open again soon. My husband and I read this together. Blessings.
