Start-up fund for Patricia: reopening a phone repair counter after a break-in
Patricia has run a phone repair counter for fifteen years; a break-in destroyed the equipment, and $700 will put it back on its feet.

For fifteen years I have run a phone repair counter in Caloocan. In June, a break-in took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Sunday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $700 goes:
• Replacing a soldering station and testing tools: $400
• Initial stock: replacement parts: $80
• Shop repairs and licensing: $105
• Working capital for the first month: $115
I hope life is good to you.

Wishing you the best, Patricia. This could happen to any of us. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Blessings.
