Start-up fund for Fajar: reopening a barbershop after a storm that collapsed the roof
Fajar has run a barbershop for six years; a storm that collapsed the roof destroyed the equipment, and $500 will put it back on its feet.

For six years I have run a barbershop in Semarang. In August, a storm that collapsed the roof took clippers, chairs and mirrors. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $500 goes:
• Replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors: $260
• Initial stock: supplies: $90
• Shop repairs and licensing: $45
• Working capital for the first month: $105
Thank you so much.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Fajar
It's all in the list in the story. replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors is the big one at $260, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. It helps to be asked.
Rooting for you, Fajar. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Don't give up.
Sending good thoughts. Looking forward to the next update. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
