Standing with Isaac: cervical cancer treatment costs
10 rounds of treatment are planned at Lagos University Hospital; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Isaac was diagnosed with cervical cancer in March. The oncology team at Lagos University Hospital has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Isaac is 28, worked as a construction supervisor until March, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Lagos University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $1,550 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $880
• Scans and lab work: $175
• Transport to Lagos University Hospital: $135
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $110
• Household costs while unable to work: $250
