Standing with Christian: non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment costs
Supporting Christian through non-Hodgkin lymphoma: medication, transport to Munich University Hospital, and living costs while He cannot work.
🇩🇪 Munich, Bavaria, Germany659 views
Christian was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in June. The oncology team at Munich University Hospital has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 4 weeks.
Christian is 38, worked as a bakery worker until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Munich University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $9,600 goes:
• Transport to Munich University Hospital: $690
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $490
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $7,750
• Scans and lab work: $670
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Hope it all works out, Silke. Shared it with a few friends.
Wishing you peace, Silke. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Greetings from Savar
